Terms of Service

These terms explain what you can expect from DecideX and what we expect from you. Please read them before you start.

01Accepting These Terms

By using DecideX, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use DecideX for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

02What DecideX Provides

DecideX is a decision-support tool. It uses AI to read account notes, a prediction model to estimate who is likely to leave, and a decision engine to recommend what to do, and it records human reviews and outcomes. Features may change as the product improves.

03Your Workspace Key

  • DecideX has no accounts. Your workspace is opened by a random key stored in your browser.
  • Keep the key confidential. Anyone who has it can open your workspace, and you're responsible for who you share it with.
  • If you think the key has leaked, rotate it in Settings. If you lose it, we can't recover the workspace for you.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Enter data you don't have the right to process.
  • Enter special category data, such as health, biometric or religious information.
  • Use DecideX as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the service.
  • Try to guess or access another workspace's key or data.

05Your Data

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us permission to process it to run the service, and to use recorded outcomes together with account attributes, but never names or notes, to retrain the prediction model. You can export or delete your data at any time.

06AI-Generated Output

Recommendations, probabilities and extracted signals are generated automatically and can be wrong. Review them before acting, especially when DecideX flags a decision for review. See the Disclaimer for the model's known limits.

07Availability

We work to keep DecideX available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The third-party AI services DecideX relies on can be unavailable. When they are, DecideX uses simple backup rules and labels the result.

08Ending Your Use

You can delete your workspace at any time in Settings. We may block workspaces or traffic that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

09Limitation of Liability

DecideX is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on its output.
